Are you taking new participants?

Yes! Have a dedicated team of 9 support workers with immediate availability. We also have a wait list if we are unable to accommodate your request immediately.

+ We are always looking for exceptional support workers to join our team to meet the needs of the Hilltops Community.

I need support at a particular day / time, can you help me?

Please contact us, and we will be able to advise you on our availability at the required time.

I'm not sure how much support I can have?

We can support you to work out what supports are reasonable and necessary, and ensuring it fits within your NDIS plan budget.

I have a Support Coordinator, and would like to access your services. What do I need to do?

You can contact your Support Coordinator directly or alternatively we would be happy to support you to arrange an appointment.

I don't know how much funding i have left in my NDIS plan?

We can support you to contact your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, LAC or the NDIA.

I still have questions or I just don't know where to start?
