Who are we?
Hilltops Community Supports is based in Young NSW. We service the Hilltops Region & Surrounds.
What makes us different?
We are experienced professionals that understand the complexities of the NDIS, and how to help you achieve the most from your NDIS plan. We have links with many local NDIS Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Clinicians and Therapists.
What qualifications do you have?
Brooke, our founder has been working within the Community Service industry since 2012. Brooke holds a Diploma of Community Services, and has qualifications in Financial planning, as well as many other certificates and courses such as First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, NDIS workers Orientation, Infection Control, Safe Food Handling and Tourism and Event planning.
